PURCHASE INFORMATION
We make and ship most of our products within a day or two of
payment. Custom size signs or complex signs take longer.
If you have a PayPal account you can pay with that. We will
make and ship the product within two business day in most
cases.
We can do credit cards, but only over the phone, however you
can now pay with Pay Pal with a credit card without having a
Pay Pal account. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you wish to pay with a money order, we will make and ship
the product in two business days after we receive the money
order, in most cases.
If you wish to pay with a check, we will make and ship the
product within two business days in most cases after the funds
clear with our bank, that takes ten ( 10 ) business days.
Any standard product will be made and shipped within two
business days in most cases ( if the material is available ).
For custom products, I will work with you until you are happy
with the product. I believe you should get the product you
want, not one you have to settle for.
Shipping Costs.
For signs 6" and 8" wide up 24" in length, the cost will be
$10 for standard UPS shipping. USPS Express shipping will be
$17. For other products we will get a quote and email it to
you before you pay for the product.
Returns.
If you do not want a product, you can email me and we will try
to resolve the issue. If you still do not want the product,
then I will give a return number. We will then refund the
purchase price minus the shipping. Products returned without a
return number will not be accepted.
All products will be shipped with insurance, if your product
arrives damaged you must submit a claim with the shipper.
